EU Milk Compositional Quality
Butterfat
Average EU butterfat figures for May 2010 stood at 3.92%, 0.06 percentage points lower than April, but 0.01 percentage points higher than in the same month in 2009. Average EU butterfat rose to 4.00% in 2009/10, 0.01 percentage points above the previous two years.For monthly average butterfat percentage by country click here.
