Compositional Milk Quality
Butterfat
Provisional butterfat figures for November 2011 currently stand at 4.17%, 0.04 percentage points higher than October. This is 0.06 percentage points higher than the level seen in November 2010. Provisional cumulative butterfat levels stood at 4.02% in November for the 2011/12 milk year, 0.12 percentage points higher than the 2010/11 milk year.
