Compositional Milk Quality

Butterfat

Provisional butterfat figures for June 2010 stand at 3.76%, 0.04 percentage points lower than May. This is 0.02 percentage points below the level seen in June 2009. Butterfat levels for 2009/10 stood at 3.99%, 0.08 percentage points lower than the 2008/09 milk year.
